We are not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of Hotel Partners. Any disputes regarding hotel services must be resolved directly with the Hotel Partner.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to:

  • Text, graphics, logos, and images
  • Software, code, and applications
  • Website design and layout
  • Trademarks and service marks

Are the property of HighRollHotel or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any software

9. Dispute Resolution
